山の奥でじっくりと原木で育てた椎茸を丁寧に乾燥させました。
植菌から収穫まで約2年かかります。
岐阜飛騨高山産の原木を使用しております。
原木でかつ山中自然栽培の特有の濃厚な味わい。
原木栽培といっても、施設栽培、山中自然栽培があり、山中自然栽培はとても手間がかかりコストもかかるため希少ですが、その分、香りが強く高品質とされています。
出汁や煮物などさまざまなお料理にお使いいただけます。
栽培に農薬・化学肥料は一切使用しておりません。
